HiLite Shade Up:10%過酸化尿素),3.OER(Ultradent Opalescence Regular:10%過酸化尿素,2.45ppmF),4.OPF(Ultradent Opalescence PF:10%過酸化尿素,1,220ppmF,硝酸カリウム)各ホームブリーチング剤を被験面に適用,37℃,100%湿度下で2時間静置した後,流水下で歯ブラシを用いて30秒間洗浄,さらに脱イオン水で30秒間水洗した.その後,試料を脱灰溶液(1.5mmol/l CaCl2,0.9mmol/l KH2PO4,50mmol/l酢酸,エナメル質用は0.1ppmF含有pH4.6,象牙質用は0.2ppmF含有pH5.0)に37℃で22時間浸漬した.本サイクルを4日間繰り返した後,エナメル質からは150μm,象牙質からは300μmの切片を被験面に垂直に切り出し,トランスバーサルマイクロラジオグラフィーで得られた画像からミネラルプロファイル,病巣深度(Ld)およびミネラル喪失量(IML)を算出した.また,EPMAによりエナメル質病巣中のCaおよびFの分布を測定した.結果:エナメル質のCONTは高度に脱灰された表層下病巣を示し,HSUにおいても表層下脱灰病巣が確認された.OERは4つの明瞭なミネラルピークを有する表層下脱灰病巣を示した.HSUとOERのIMLは,CONTと比較し有意に低い値であった(ANOVA,Tukey's,p<0.05).OPFは軽度に脱灰されたミネラルプロファイルを示し,IMLはほかのグループに比較し有意に低い値であった.象牙質では,CONT,HSU,OERともに類似したミネラルプロファイルを示した.また,OERにおいては4つのミネラルピークが観察されたが,エナメル質に比較して不明瞭であった.一方,OPFのプロファイルはほかの3群とは明らかに異なっており,約50%のミネラルボリュームを有するピークを有し,IMLもほかの3群に比較し有意に低い値であった.病巣深度に関しては,エナメル質および象牙質ともにCONT,OPF群間における有意差は認められなかった.エナメル質病巣におけるEPMAでは,ミネラルピークに一致してCaが高く検出された.結論:フッ化物含有ホームブリーチング剤はエナメル質および象牙質の脱灰を抑制することから,齲蝕予防手段の一つとして利用できる可能性が示唆された.(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第461号"}]},"item_10006_heading_21":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_headline":"PDF/A","subitem_heading_language":"ja"}]},"item_10006_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"情報源","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"日本歯科保存学雑誌,
