mutansに対する殺菌効果およびバイオフィルム除去効果を実験により検討した。殺菌効果は試験液に菌液を添加して生菌数測定を行い、バイオフィルム除去効果はカバーガラスに付着させたS.mutansバイオフィルムに薬液を一定流量速度で作用させた後の残留量を測定した。その結果、6%重曹を添加した0.05%電解次亜塩素酸水は、電解次亜塩素酸水を単独で使用した時と同等の殺菌効果を認め、バイオフィルム除去効果は単独使用よりも優れていた。バイオフィルムに対しては、15分間の作用では20℃および35℃のいずれも有意に効果が増加し、30分間作用では20℃で増強効果を示した。6%重曹添加0.05%電解次亜塩素酸水は、口腔内常在菌に対する強力な効果が期待できると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"乙第500号"}]},"item_10006_heading_21":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_headline":"PDF/A","subitem_heading_language":"ja"}]},"item_10006_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"情報源","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"神奈川歯学,
