phosphatase染色およびI型コラーゲン、オステオポンチン、オステオカルシン、runt-related transcription factor 2による免疫染色より、経時的にシート表層からHABPCsの分化が促進されたと考えられ、3日目から5日目にかけて骨形成能が上昇したことが示唆された。von
